All of our courses and challenges, including the Ultimate Driver Health Course and 7-Day Challenges, are delivered as digital products. Once purchased, you receive instant access to the content, including audio, videos, and supporting materials.

Due to the digital nature of these products, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted. However, we do understand that circumstances may arise, so please read below for exceptional cases.

  1. Refund Eligibility

While we do not typically provide refunds, we will consider refund requests under the following circumstances:

  • Accidental duplicate purchase – If you have accidentally purchased the same product twice, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase, and we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
  • Technical issues – If you are experiencing difficulties accessing the content and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a refund or exchange.
