Hi, I’m Natasha, the founder of Honk for Health. After years as a driving instructor and trainer, I learned first-hand how important it is to prioritise your health. My wake-up call came with a prediabetes diagnosis, weight struggles, and constant back and stomach pain. I had little to no energy and was simply living day to day, frustrated with feeling stuck and not making any real progress in life.

Determined to turn things around, I transformed my own health and retrained as an accredited Health and Transformative Coach.   Now I’m here to share what I’ve learned and help drivers like you rethink your health and wellbeing.

I understand how challenging life on the road can be because I’ve experienced it myself. As a driver, I spent countless hours behind the wheel, often feeling tired and worn out. I started by making small adjustments to my diet, moving more, establishing a consistent sleep routine, and focusing on my mindset. Within months, I reversed my prediabetes diagnosis, lost a significant amount of weight, and regained my energy. But the biggest transformation was realising I had the power and choice to create the life I wanted - behind the wheel and in my private life.

Drawing on my own journey, I created the Ultimate Driver Health programme (and the shorter What the Honk? challenges), specifically designed to meet the unique needs of professional drivers. My goal is simple: to help you achieve your personal and professional health goals—whether you’re looking to make small changes or completely transform your lifestyle. And that’s why I founded Honk for Health—to champion the health and wellbeing of us drivers.
